基料分子要有極性較強(qiáng)的化學(xué)鍵,即分子末端具備有活潑性基團(tuán),如羥基、羧基、酚基、醚鍵等;基料具有復(fù)合性能(包括化學(xué)性能和物理性能)。

首先采用表面物理包覆方法均勻分散納米材料具體應(yīng)用如下:為了充分發(fā)揮納米材料的優(yōu)異性能,首先要確保其能在高分子溶液中有良好的分散性。我們在研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),可以借助穩(wěn)定的分散助劑,通過高速攪拌使高分子吸附在納米粒子表面上,從而減少范德華力,而且產(chǎn)生一種新的空間位阻斥力,對粒子間的各種締合力起到減弱或屏蔽作用,粒子間再發(fā)生團(tuán)聚將十分困難,最終得到穩(wěn)定的分散效果。其次提高防腐膠的機(jī)械性能(如圖1所示)添加一定粒徑一定量n-SiO2,復(fù)旦大學(xué)武利民等在《n-SiO2在高固體分聚氨酯涂料中的應(yīng)用》[1]一文中介紹了納米n-SiO2時(shí),對涂層拉伸強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長率的影響。再次提高防腐膠儲(chǔ)存性與施工性。再有需要提高抗老化性能。n- SiO2具有極強(qiáng)的紫外反射能力,對波長400nm以內(nèi)的紫外反射率達(dá)70%以上,因此是一種好的抗老化的添加劑;n- SiO2對紫外線的屏蔽是以吸收和散射為主,經(jīng)紫外分光廣度儀檢測,它對200nm以上的紫外光線的屏蔽率高達(dá)99.99%,因此我們可以填充一定量的納米材料到防腐膠中提高防腐膠的抗老化能力,以便適應(yīng)海洋重防腐的要求。
